Phase 2 - Cyber Posture Assessment

Start off with a self-scored test over twenty key domains to assess where you believe your current cyber posture to be.

Phase 2a – Validated Assessment

Following the self-scored assessment, we validate your scores by collating evidence items to provide a realistic view and comparative score.

Phase 2b – Technical Assessment

This is an optional full technical assessment using our black box testing tools and is available on request at additional cost.

Phase 3 - Cyber Remediation Plan

A roadmap to close the gap between your risk appetite, perceived and actual posture over three horizons: Urgent, Important and Necessary Capex and Opex indicative pricing included for redress investment.

Phase 4 - Ongoing Cyber Risk Assessment & Governance

Maintain your benchmarks and ensure your success with ongoing activities to ensure you don’t fall behind and are constantly pushing forward on your cybersecurity journey.

What You Get

A report with your ratings for each key area, an overall and Risk Appetite Statement.

What You Get

There are two report types available for Phase 2 depending on the level of MVP you have chosen. The Technical Assessment report is able to provide a greater level of detail than the Validated Assessment report.

For the Validated Assessment ONLY your report will include a target score and the 5P’syou need to close the gap and align to your Risk Appetite Score.

For the Technical Assessment you will receive an Executive Level report with general observations across the assessment and a full breakdown of each vulnerability for your ops team. We will go into more detail about the Target Score and 5P’s in the Phase 3 report.
